Isaac Terhide Tsoho obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from Madonna University in the year 2010. He proceeded to the Lagos campus of the Nigerian Law School and was called as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in November, 2013. He worked in Lagos briefly with the law firms of Fagbohungbe & Co in early 2014, then Layonu & Co from 2014 to late 2015. Subsequently, he obtained a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) in International Maritime Law from the Prestigious Swansea University, South Wales, UK in the year 2016. Later in 2016, he relocated to Abuja and joined the law firm of Obla & Co where he worked until late September 2018. In early October 2018, he ventured into the Civil Service and was with the National Industrial Court of Nigeria as a Registrar until July 2021 when he voluntarily withdrew from the service and set up his Law Practice. Isaac has garnered vast experience from active legal practice in areas such as shipping & admiralty, Real Estate, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Banking & Securities, airline passenger claims, Electronic Payments and Commercial law. He is versatile in the legal aspects of labour, employment, trade unions, industrial relations and matters arising from the workplace, conditions of service, including health, safety and welfare of labour, employee, worker and incidental matters. His draftsman skill is well honed particularly with emphasis on litigation and opinion writing on diverse legal issues. At present, his professional affiliations include the Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.
